The USP and innovation of the presented DM3 model lie in the totality and stringency of the approach: the strategy does not remain ***at a high-level power point level*** but is systematically translated into appropriate measures and metrics. Each touchpoint has to be analysed both for itself and in conjunction with other touchpoints regarding costs, benefit and risk. This is the only way to derive the ideal current and future Conversational Commerce strategy. The general idea is to assess the trade-off between costs, benefit and risk. A high degree of automation of a touchpoint may have efficiency benefits but on the other hand also high costs and in some cases may lead to a suboptimal customer experience. A systematic comparison of costs, benefits and risks is thus indispensable.
Thereby it is not a matter of 0/1 decisions. Rather, a decision has to be made as to which degree of automation makes sense for which touchpoint

Я бы перевел выражение “the strategy does not remain at a high-level power point level but is systematically translated into appropriate measures and metrics” так:
...стратегические задачи, связанные с достижением максимальной эффективности, выходят из сферы ответственности высшего руководства и планомерно/методично находят свое отражение в соответствующих действиях и показателях.
ИМХО правильное направление мыслей формирует, например, вот этот абзац:
