I'm currently translating a short story about a new hotel chef and there are a couple of phrases that I'm struggling to fully understand. I'll give the whole portion of text for context.
“Marchando una de erizo de mar para la tres” o “Vamos con un par de cazuelas de txistorra a la sidra” se habían convertido en algunas de las frases más usadas entre sus compañeros.
I think it's basically saying that the kitchen became significantly more busy under the new chef, so they were getting a lot more orders etc. It's just the two phrases in speech marks that I'm struggling to translate. Is this kitchen lingo? Like "one portion of sea urchins (for table 3?) coming right up", or is it the waiting staff giving the kitchen the order, i.e. "can I get one portion of sea urchins..."?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

: I like this option best. As for the "Vamos con un par de cazuelas de txistorra a la sidra,” as Carol mentioned, we're only allowed one entry per query, but this would be "chistorra," cider-cooked sausage (and therefore Spanish). Same sense: delivering.
