Trans. No.

English to French Law/Patents Transport / Transportation / Shipping Certificate of driving licence Hong Kong
Has someone already come across such a document?

There are several tabs on the page and in two of them appears "Trans. No." I have no idea what "Trans." refers to. (Transport number?)

If someone has the answer, that'd be great or I'll ask my client if she's got any idea.

I don't know if you're using the "old" or "new" version of Kudoz, but if you're using the new version there's now an "upload image" button below the discussion box.

Thank you everyone. I was thinking of keeping "Trans" as Thomas suggested.
@Catherine: I'm not sure how to enclose a screenshot of the document... I will try. If i succeed, you'll see that "Trans. No." appears twice. Note that the number (rectangular boxes, isn't the same.

J'abonde dans le sens de Thomas, «Trans no.», ou «no. de Trans.» pourraient aller dans le doute.

Being very pragmatic ... Almost all French words beginning with the prefix 'trans-' have an equivalent in English. Keeping 'Trans. No.' for now is at least not wrong.

Voici un lien d'équivalence avec la Belgique de permis à l'international et la page pour Hong Kong. Je ne vois pas la mention dont vous parlez. Pourrait-il s'agir du type de véhicules que le permis autorise à conduire?
