Wasn't sure whether to post this as two separate entries: struggling both with "contingent" and the "prédominant en profondeur" part at the end.

My attempt so far is "Mucous colloid component: 35% predominant further down/in depth"... but I think it needs work; I don't really understand what's going on here.
