English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) auxiliary clause

Добрый день!
Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "efforts" в следующем контексте:

Sales to contract manufacturers will be considered sales to the OEM or other end customer for which the contract manufacturer is working. Commission on sales to distributors will be calculated on the sale price to the distributor (“distributor cost”) and not on the distributor resale price to the end customer (“distributor resale”). Commission on sales to value added resellers will be calculated on the sale price to the value added reseller, and not the resale price to the end customer.

No Commissions will be paid with regard to sales to House Accounts as listed in Exhibit A unless specifically authorized in writing by the Seller, notwithstanding previous efforts and/or verbal discussions.
