a la
Todo esto lo hacemos "a la [ nombre de la empresa ]"
Por ejemplo, "a la CocaCola" "a la Netflix". Sería como decir hacemos el trabajo de la cosecha a nuestra forma, cuidando todos los detalles, preocupándonos por la gente, etc.
Espero que se entienda.
Se me ocurre algo como:
We do it "[ nombre de la empresa ]-like" o [ nombre de la empresa ] style.
No sé si es correcto.
O explicarlo sacando el nombre de la empresa:
We do it our way.
Pero me parece que se pierde un poco.

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

It would sound really odd and informal to me to see "We do all of this Acme-style". In my opinion, the "-style" construction is more for specific designs/techniques/types, e.g., Cajun-style shrimp.
I can't put my finger on what's actually wrong with it, and after a quick search I couldn't find any references to support my argument either, but as an English speaker I can tell you that I would definitely go with "We do it the Acme way".
