The English title of the law is 'Law No 1-72-255 relating to the import, export, refining, collection, storage and distribution of hydrocarbons'.

Hi Jane. It seems that the English version of the law's title has compressed the whole phrase, so if you include 'refinery' you would also need to include 'filling plant' (centre emplisseur). The phrasing then becomes a little more complicated - something like collection at the refinery and at the filling plant?

Thanks Danielle. I checked the English on the site example and didn't see it and then over-complicated it with searches elsewhere! |

recovery at the refinery
would, I guess, be a literal translation.
