Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "Static Wet Overhung Moment".
Выражение встречается в Generator Interface Control Document в следующем контексте:

Mass Summary
The installed dry weight of the generator will be 55 kg or less.
The generator may contain up to 6 liters maximum of oil when properly served.

The installed weight of the QAD 1 will be 2.5 kg or less.
The installed weight of QAD 2will be 2.6 kg or less.

The center of gravity for the generator from the QAD/engine gearbox mounting flange is identified on the outline drawing in the attachement.

The static wet overhung moment of the generator (including oil to the maximum normal level) and QAD, measured at the QAD/engine gearbox mounting flange face will be 144 Nm or less.
