español term

Ordenanza y administrativa

español al inglés Ciencias sociales Educación / Pedagogía Job titles
SPAIN. This is a school staff job description from an article about school principals and leadership. There is no other context, the title appears after a comment the person made about the principal's management style. The other commenters are different types of teaching staff like former principals, substitute teachers, regular teachers…. I know what it means (a clerical and administrative worker) but am looking for a more succinct title. Target audience is US English.

Hindsight On second thoughts, I might just call it "office worker" and leave it at that. However, I¡ll leave the query open to see if anything more inspiring appears.

Selected

clerical worker / clerk / clerical staff

These sound a little more natural to me in a school context.
