Jordbock is the sloppy tech word it. The correct term for jordbock is "potentialutjämningsskena". As Deane pointed out. Swedish does treat earth and ground as "jord" without the technical difference. So "Equipotential busbar" seems like a good hybrid. This will be neutral from an earth/ground perspective.

@Dave No sweat, I was just going to leave my entry as such...and leave the work to Paul. But I'd say you need a designation for type of busbar, since these are used for various purposes in electrical systems, and designated according to use.
Swedish seems to treat 'jordning' as synonymous to both earthing and grounding, but which are slightly different technically. So looking up earthing busbar and comparing it to the details in the context should help.
