This is a suggestion for improving morale in the company. I thought of 'protected meeting', but there may be a special way to say it in the business world.
Melhorar a clareza entre decisões, realizar sistemas de opinião e reclamação para que o colaborador, venha a ter como questionar irregularidades e corrigir problemas, em que normalmente ficaria com medo de reportar, como uma **reunião de blindagem** onde uma vez por mês o colaborador possa colocar em pauta suas ideias e reclamações ou tambem uma caixa para colocar sugestões e críticas sobre tudo que engloba o grupo de trabalho.
