En base al artículo 25 de la Ley 27/2014, el Grupo Fiscal se acogió a una reducción en la base imponible del Impuesto sobre Sociedades del 10% del importe del incremento de sus fondos propios, por importe de 2.086.997 euros (1.281.537 euros en el ejercicio 2017) (véase Nota 20), lo cual exigió la dotación de una reserva por el importe de la reducción, que figura en el balance de forma separada y será indisponible por el plazo de 5 años desde el cierre de este periodo impositivo, salvo por la existencia de pérdidas contables.
