Spanish term
la renuncia a un reclamo posterior
Non-PRO
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Insurance
relating to insurance claims for road accidents
This is an Argentine law on road traffic (LEY DE TRANSITO / Ley Nº 24.449).
The section in question is about the compulsory insurance drivers need to have. Here's the context:
I'm assuming "este pago" is referring to the pay-out from the insurer to cover the third party's medical/funeral costs, but I can't understand what waiving a claim has to do with that. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
