If Asker has ONLY strings and nothing more (no screenshots or even better a sample of the working app on a smartphone) it's pointless. I would never accept to translate just a collection of strings - you can't get into the logic of an app just from strings.

"the amount of clients" might also be a clumsy translation in which case the translation should be done from the original language, preferably with screenshots or a working app available.

@ Asker As has been pointed out, 'amount' is a curious word to find here; I strongly suspect your text has been written by a non-native speaker of EN, which could certainly account for this anomaly.
Hence, the differnece between 'customer' and 'client' might be the same... in which case, I would assume 'client' = 'business / corporate customer', while 'customer' = general public customer.

Customer vs Client I don't think your question can be answered without knowing what (if any) difference between the two terms was intended by the writer of your text. It's possible that clients are companies and customers are individual people. However, that's only one possible distinction.

"amount"?! You can have an amount of water, sand or flour, but for clients or customers (or even trees, houses, cats or dogs) it should be "number". So, your text might have been written by a non-native speaker of English.

Customer = Client Indeed, here you probably want to put "client" all the times. A "consommateur" is quite different from a "customer". And for an App, I would definitely characterise the users as "client" (except if they eat their mobile phone)
