Law (general)
Here are few sentences where is it mentioned:
You are entitled to know certain information, and you are entitled to request additional conditions to an offender’s licence relating to you and/or your family
You can request additional conditions, relating to you and/or your family to be attached to the offender’s licence
I was thinking "libération conditionnelle but I am not sure if there is a better term.
Thank you for your help

probation du contrevenant
"What does being on licence mean?
When you are released you may be ‘on licence’.
This means you have an allocated Offender Manager and conditions which you must follow until a certain date – otherwise you could be returned to prison.
Being on licence is sometimes called being ‘on probation’ or ‘under supervision’. Your Offender Manager is sometimes called your ‘probation officer’ or your ‘supervising officer’.
How long will I be on licence?
If you are serving a life sentence you will be on licence for life after you are released from custody.
If you are serving an IPP sentence, you will be on licence indefinitely after your release from custody. You can apply to the parole board to have your licence removed after ten years."

Pour le Royaume-Uni:
Licence conditions are the set of rules prisoners must follow if they are released with still a part of their sentence to serve in the community.
If a prisoner is released by the Parole Board, the licence conditions will be suggested by the Offender Manager but will be agreed by the board.
Standard licence conditions: ... keep in touch with the supervising officer...

Dans la mesure où c'est un "Parole Board" qui statue sur les conditions, il me semble qu'on parle ici d'une "libération conditionnelle" plutôt que d'une "probation". D'un autre côté:
Probation means you’re serving your sentence but you’re not in prison.
You could be put on probation because: you’re serving a community sentence
you have been released from prison on licence or on parole.
