English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) contracts

No representation or warranty by or on behalf of the Seller or the Company, nor any of the Seller’s or any Company’s representatives, direct or indirect equityholders, directors, officers, employees (all of the foregoing hereinafter a Covered Member) that is not expressly set out in this Agreement is given to the Buyer or may form the basis of a claim against any Covered Member in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
