English to Russian Law/Patents Law (general) Distribution Agreement

Добрый день!
Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "as notified to" в следующем контексте:

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, each order placed by the Distributor for the Products will (whether or not expressly stated in the order or acceptance) be subject to the terms of this Agreement and the General Conditions of Sale of the Company current at the time of acceptance of the order, as notified to the Distributor from time to time. As at the date of this Agreement the General Conditions of Sale are those set out in Appendix 4.
