Japanese term

配合注意

Japanese to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals
"Precautions on concomitant use"
Would this phrase also apply when "配当注意” means to take care when mixing the two drugs as they may change in the texture/colour/hygroscopicity before being administered (with no change in mechanism of action)?

Thanks in advance.

Mixing warning

I discussed with my wife for a better understanding, she said it doesn't necessarily mean that there are serious consequences. For example, it is used in baking and cooking for precautions against irregular consistencies. With that in mind, it should be accurate to use for irregularities caused by mixing even if not affecting the active ingredients negatively.
