The offer is about a certain slot (the game has nothing related to twins or anything alike in it, also not 2 different modes or anything). When you play that slot within the next 48 hours/ the weekend, you get 2 free spins for every Euro. And it also says something like "we want you to have twice as much fun". Was thinking if it was meant like "2 für 1" or something like that?

Any ideas?

What's the offer about? How can you take part and claim it? What do you get for taking part? Do you have the terms and conditions? If so, surely those would give you a clue what they mean. Could it refer to an offer for twins?

Thanks for all the answer so far. The context was that it was an offer for the weekend sent to all players of the casino, the text around was more or less like this:

This weekend we have this great offer for you, "a day for every twin", claim it now!
