In the wake of the 2015 uprising, he's bemoaning the workers' poor wages and working conditions and comparing his paycheck (which does not clearly state his earnings and deductions) to another one, in which all the benefits are broken down:

Comment: "Thanks to everyone for your help. I checked with the author and the employee was (erroneously) using "reparto dominical" to mean "prima dominical". For future reference, here's the explanation I was given by the author:
La palabra correcta según la ley seria en realidad “prima dominical”, que como se reporta en la Ley Federal del Trabajo y en varios sitios institucionales, corresponde a: “monto adicional que paga el patrón al trabajador por laborar el día domingo, cuando tenga como descanso cualquier otro día de la semana. El monto a recibir es del 25% sobre el salario ordinario diario (salario base).”"

No se trata de un ¨bonus¨.
Quizá en el recibo se debe aclarar que es la parte proporcional del día domingo de descanso equivalente al pago del séptimo día.
Por ejemplo: sin el sueldo diario es de 100 pesos el pago semanal es de 700 (seis días trabajados y uno de descanso).

: Jamás había escuchado "reparto dominical". Viendo que son empleados "legales", supongo entonces que tu respuesta es correcta. El salario incluye el pago del domingo, por supuesto, no así si eres ilegal, o peón en México, donde se pagan los días trabajados

I'm taking an educated guess here, but while I agree with others that it probably refers to the paid 7th day off, the word "reparto" here seems meaningful (although I've never seen the term before either).
I'm guessing it means that it's the pay they would receive for the Sunday off in a regular "on the books" working week, but added pro-rata to the day's wages on each of the other days of the week, i.e., one-sixth of the 7th-day's pay added to the daily wage, if you get my meaning.
