Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "ceased to exist" в следующем контексте:
Once the purpose for providing information has ceased to exist or expired, or whenever requested by the other Party, each Party shall be obligated to return immediately any technical information (including any copies thereof) obtained in written form or otherwise recorded as well as any samples or to destroy them on the other Party's request and to submit to him the relevant evidence thereof.
