English term

resident or incorporated shares

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Finance (general) CPA income certificate
Hola.

"The Trustee shall not be bound or required to interfere in the management or conduct of the business of any company wherever **resident or incorporated shares** or any other interest in which form part of the Trust Fund, although holding the whole or a majority of the shares carrying the control of the company,...."

Thank you! Once more it's true that a fresh pair of eyes can detect mistakes, omissions, etc.
You're right, I didn't think about a missing comma....
Thank you so much!
Judith Armele May 20, 2019:
I think this could be possible and it is reasonable.
Adolfo Fulco May 17, 2019:
Couldn't it be... that there's a comma missing: resident or incorporated (talking about the company), shares or any other interest... It would make much more sense. And I haven't heard of any resident or incorporated share either...

neutral Judith Armele : Here incorporated is referring to the process of formation of the company, to where it is incorporated, not the type of company.
