English to Russian Other Law: Contract(s)

Following the return of the $500,000.00 and Syndication Price to the withdrawing Limited Partner, any balance in the withdrawing Limited Partner’s Capital Account will be forfeited to the General Partner as compensation to, and is deemed earned by, the General Partner to recoup costs associated with the return of such funds to the withdrawing Limited Partner, including but not limited to liquidating the investment of the withdrawing Limited Partner’s initial Capital Contribution.
