Spanish term

incluso traslado a pie de carga

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Estimate for renovation of property (presupuesto y mediciones)
This phrase appears several times in an estimate for renovation of property in Spain - (presupuesto y mediciones)

E.g. In section headed "Demoliciones y trabojos previos"

LEVANTADA DE COCINA - Retirada de fregadero, mobiliario, electrodomésticos y demás enseres existentes, por medios manuales, para nueva conexion de fontanería, * incluso traslado a pie de carga*, sin transporte y con p.p. de costes indirectos*

My translation so far............
Kitchen sink, furniture, appliances and other fixtures to be removed manually, for installation of new plumbing,

Does it mean transporting from / to the site?

I don't understand the phrase *sin transporte y con p.p. de costes indirectos* either but I am posting this as a separate question.

Thanks in advance

Presupuesto Apparently the estimate is riddled with mistakes and has to be re-written - translation abandoned for time being! Many thanks for all contributions.
Frank Foley Apr 30, 2019:
p.p. = paga proporcional? Or something like that - just a wild guess. :-)
Lucy Breen (asker) Apr 30, 2019:
on foot loading so does it mean manually loading the old kitchen fittings etc. for transportation/ disposal ?

@ Lucy An option (in glossary already): https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/construction-c...

including transfer to the loading site

including transfer to the loading site (for transport)

Entiendo que el fregadero, mobiliario, electrodomésticos y demás enseres existentes se transladarán (el traslado = transfer) al lugar donde serán cargados.

Si tiene sentido - muchas gracias

Gracias, Patricia.
neutral Frank Foley : I think "loading point" might work better, since, for me, "sin transporte" means they're not transporting the items to another site, but simply uninstalling them and moving them out the door and no more, so to speak.

yes, that is another option

The other question which you said you were going to post separately. I would use "proportional share".

p.p > parte proporcional.

So, "without transport and with proportional share of indirect costs".

Comment: "Proportional share" would be better: http://tinyurl.com/d2oawl7 . "Proportional part of indirect costs" occurs only in a handful of translated Spanish documents.
