Estimate for renovation of property (presupuesto y mediciones)
This is an estimate for renovation of a property (presupuesto y mediciones) from Spain.
The document has columns with the following headings
UDS (unidades presumably)
LONGITUD
ANCHURA
ALTURA
PARCIALES
CANTIDAD
PRECIO
IMPORTE
The column headed PARCIALES contains figures which I think are sub-totals but I'm not sure.
Any help appreciated.

This could be referring to partial reconstruction. Some parts of the project might not be suitable for renovating and would have to be rebuilt (reconstruction)

Therefore difficult to say which response is most helpful e.g. I think Charles is spot on and the figures are incorrect.
Baño: 2 units x L 1.75 x H 2.70 = Parcial 9.45 (2 x 1.75 x 2.70 = 2 x 4.725 = 9.45)
In the second one, Cocina, I think one or more of the figures must be wrong, because 1 x 2.50 x 2.70 = 6.75, not 5.89.
Anyway, if you had just these two items in a section, with parciales of 9.45 and 5.89, there would be a figure of 15.34 under "Cantidad" in the line below. This would be the sum of the "parciales" for that section/group.
