Italian term

Valori (in this context)

Italian to English Bus/Financial Human Resources Bureaucratic forms
Hi,

I'm translating a text about a company's welfare plan and it includes this: Ogni dipendente ha a disposizione un budget annuale (pari a una percentuale della RAL) da allocare in servizi e valori non monetari secondo le proprie necessità, tra cui rimborsi spese mediche e di assistenza, formazione e rimborso spese scolastiche, attività ricreative e sportive, tempo libero.

Does 'valori' mean 'benefits' here? They have used the word 'benefici' in other parts of the text (e.g. offrendo una combinazione di benefici monetari e non, insieme a un ambiente di lavoro piacevole e quindi più produttivo) so it could be the same here but I don't want to be misled if it is something else.
I propose: Each employee has an annual budget (equal to a percentage of gross annual salary) to be allocated to non-monetary services and benefits, according to their individual needs.

Many thanks.

as it goes on to say that they are non-monetary ones it's perfectly clear.
