move from a vertical to horizontal organisation
that is planning oriented.
You need a built in customer order management system.
You will need to eliminate any non-value added activities
and you will need to develop order fulfillment groups.

Logistics is the driving force for organisational change.
As information should now shape the organisations,
house all intents and highlight essential role
of logistic, and paget banking must come from the top.

What is saw is logistical integration not
ownerships are dominations of the supply chain.
Pushing cost down the chain to suppliers
does not make them disappear.
