English to Polish Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

The Respondents must abide by the post-termination non-competition terms outlined in Subparagraph 00 of the Superseding Franchise Agreement and replaced in total by Paragraph 00 of the European Union Rider, which states the following:

You will not have any direct or indirect Association with a Competitive Business located on the premises which you franchise operated for one (1) year after the termination, expiration or transfer of this Agreement. You agree to pay us € for each Competitive Business location plus % of its gross sales during the one (1) year period, or € (whichever is higher), as being A REASONABLE PRE-ESTIMATE OF OUR DAMAGES.
