To Asker I am sure you have seen this: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collazione_(diritto) . The description under "Codice di procedure civile" may be relevant to your context. It seems to be the process of comparing two versions of a same document. In the case of collective labor agreements (such as yours) it seems to be the step before the final wording is agreed upon. If you do a search of "collazione del CCNL" (as a phrase), you will find many examples. Unfortunately, they all seem to be in Italian only, no bilingual versions.

Maybe this is a process the energy companies go through together in terms of data. Term seems to be commonly used in the area of data collection.
