Hi! I need help translating the term "dead bottom sample" into Spanish.
This is a from a Practice for manual sampling of petroleum and petroleum products:
"dead bottom sample, n—a sample obtained from the lowest accessible point in a tank.
This is typically directly from the floor (or datum plate) of the shore tank or the bottom of the vessel compartment."
(There is also a similar term in the document --"bottom sample":
bottom sample, n—a spot sample collected from the material at the bottom of the tank, container, or line at its lowest point.)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
