microhyphema (blodd cell Tyndall) or hyphema

The term microhyphema is used when the blood is suspended in the chamber but does not form a layered clot. Hyphemas are graded on a scale from 1 to 4, based on the amount of blood occupying the anterior chamber.

The fluid in the anterior chamber should be crystal clear; when flare is present, the light is visualized as it passes through the aqueous (Tyndall effect)

The Tyndall effect, also known as Willis–Tyndall scattering, is light scattering by particles in a colloid or in a very fine suspension. It is named after the 19th-century physicist John Tyndall. It is similar to Rayleigh scattering, in that the intensity of the scattered light is inversely proportional to the fourth power of the wavelength, so blue light is scattered much more strongly than red light.

I'm not posting this as an answer because most of the hits are in papers written by non-native authors.
But this reference is taken from a package insert by a US manufacturer:
Adverse events which occurred in <1% and in at least 2 patients include: ocular hemorrhage, corneo-scleral leak, suture related adverse events, vitreous in anterior chamber, hyphema and hematic Tyndall, synechiae, capsule rupture, and cyclytic membrane.

: I got a lot of hits for "Tyndall" & a lot for "hematic" -but almost none for the two together.

Thanks Tom, yep, the literature is neither clear nor conclusive.

Reference:
(anterior chamber red blood) cell and flare ++
Just for future reference the original refers to cell and flare (Tyndall effect) due to red blood cells. This is usually associated with hyphema but flare and hyphema describe different findings that need not be confused.
Red blood cell and flare (in the anterior chamber) is what the original tries to convey; anterior chamber cell and flare / cell and flare in (the) anterior chamber.
Por ejemplo:
2. CÁMARA ANTERIOR:
https://posterng.netkey.at/esr/viewing/index.php?module=view...
Formando nivel; layared.
A hyphema is blood in the AC [anterior chamber] that forms a later that is visible with the naked eye. (...) mycrohyphema ... hemorrhage is so small that only red blood cells floating in the AC are seen with the slit lamp and no layer is visible.
https://books.google.es/books?id=m-AMO4gkTtMC&pg=PA192&lpg=P...
Por poner un ejemplo;
En cámara anterior (CA), hifema grado I (fig. 2) y Tyndall hemático ++
https://www.google.es/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://...
(anterior chamber) cell and flare ++,
o bien explicitarlo por ejemplo como
