Why has the discussion turned to frames when the question is about 'pasos'? The water lines pass through openings/holes in a metal housing and are protected from the metal edge of the holes either with grommets (for round holes), or insulating blocks, wher thermal protection is required.

Author´s suggestion The author has got back to me with the suggestion of "frames". He has a habit of suggesting incorrect translations though so I´m quite dubious as I´ve never come across "frames" as a translation for "pasos". What do you think?
