Should the aggregate Cash Funding provided by the Sellers during the Funding Period remain below the above limit, the difference between such aggregate and the limit will be paid by the Seller for good and valuable consideration as final Cash Funding to the Purchaser


Each Cash Funding shall be paid by the Sellers by a bank transfer to the bank accounts of the Purchasers
