English term

step

English to Spanish Medical Medical: Instruments blood/plasma/
The anti-A antibody titre, the anti-B antibody titre, or both the anti-A and the anti-B antibody
titres (depending on which column is used, see the table below) are normally reduced by up to one titre step

¡Muchas gracias!

Thank you! Thank you Liz, spielenschach1 and Chema!

I've used Chema's suggestion. I've learned now, thanks to Chema, to properly ask a question here.

Note from asker:
Hi Liz! Thank you for your answer! Chema Nieto Castañón has posted an answer in the Discussion section that I've used since it goes best with what I was translating. I made a mistake when I created the answer for selecting it to be only available for ProZ paying members. This is the first question I ever asked, so I had no idea I was excluding our colleagues and I thought I was targeting all Proz.com Member. As Chema comments in his Discussion entry, there is not really a term in Spanish that represents the meaning of "step" in the context of antibody titres. Thank you and thank you all for your answers! =D Julio
