"Insuficiencia coronaria" es una forma que se usa a veces en Argentina y otros países para decir "enfermedad coronaria", que es el término correcto en Cardiología y Medicina en gral.

Aquí en USA (y también en UK) se utiliza el término "coronary artery disease" (CAD).
