The initial few words of an MRI abdomen report
The radiologist has scanned the patient's abdomen following the clinical finding of a mass tending towards the left flank. He now reports this image of "Ligeira maior globosidade jejunal" and I am at a loss as how best to render these 4 words. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thakls in advance.

jejunum slightly more globose/slightly increased jejunal globosity
This ligeira should be written as an adverb, ligeriamente.
Not pretty sure about globose for globoso, but the meaning is this.
Or you could use slightly increased jejunal globosity.

: Re: link: Apparently, the web page translator thought ‘dura’ (adj.) might as well be translated as ‘lasts’ (vb. ‘last’, 3rd person singular).

lasts here is a noun and not a verb, T o b i a s. Pls do your homework. Lasts are things that come last, such as... when the belly is bloated. Sean is from the UK so Im sure he knows that.
