A: How’s your mother? Is she still seeing that guy?
B: She’s not ‘seeing’ him, Dad. They’ve been married for eight years. And yes, they’re still together.
La mia proposta:
A: Come sta tua madre? Vede ancora quel tizio?
B: Lei non lo “vede”, papà. Sono sposati da otto anni. E sì, stanno ancora insieme.

: "seeing" in questo caso indica frequentazione. Uscire è "going out with" letterale. Questa interpretazione è giusta.
