J'ai un peu de mal ici... en pourcentage de quoi? Comment le traduire sans le préciser?
Incentive will be paid on a pro-rata percentage basis from the first Contract signed to the maximum amount on the participant’s incentive package.

As Tony said, "pro-rata" and "percentage" seem to be redundant. This answer only works if they are indeed redundant, but if they are not, there would need to be some explanation elsewhere as to why both are needed.

Je me réfère ici à l'assurance vie, la prévoyance, etc., donc à un contexte différent de celui de la question posée, mais cela décrit le mode de calcul d'un pourcentage affecté d'un taux de proratisation.

Discussion
The total amount of sales (in a week, a month ...) is simply multiplied by a fixed percentage.
When you have more elaborated "incentive scheme" the total volume of sales is divided in segments/bands (des tranches) and the percentage is different for each band - but then it's no longer "pro rata", and you get terms like "accelerator" "override" thrown in ...
I would imagine that the 'incentive' would be, say, a percentage of sales accomplished; but perhaps in fact the system is more complex than that.
