Podano, co będzie przedmiotem analizy, dlaczego warto wykorzystywać w budownictwie niskoemisyjne materiały budowlane oraz jak jakość powietrza wewnętrznego wpływa na użytkowników. Przedstawiono również problem związany z osiąganiem dobrej jakości powietrza wewnętrznego, związany z wysoką energochłonnością tego procesu.

I think I will modify my active voice sentences in a pattern suggested by Frank or Mariusz Koch to indulge the customer and I will add a remark that its not a common practice in native English (and sounds unnaturally)

In general, the active voice is preferred in English, unless the changed word order in the passive voice is meant to emphasize a different subject, here "the problem."

See the examples below: the issue is more important than who discussed it.

I would stick to the Active Voice. The use of the Passive Voice makes the text sound clunky and jarring to my ears. Extensive passivization might be typical of Polglish. Put yourself in the shoes of a potential reader. You don't want to bombard him/her with extra words, especially with such a wordy subject.

well, the translation sentences You have suggested are perfectly fine and smooth, however, I have received a complaint about switching the voice to make it look fine and smooth and
1) I am trying to find a correct grammar construction in a passive voice
2) and if point 1 is impossible to be achieved, then I need to find arguments to explain it to my superiors and finally to the customer

You don't have to use the Passive Voice here. Actually, the use of the Passive voice can make the text seem more clunky. Keep it simple and easy to read.

If you take a closer look at my example, you will see the Active Voice in both sentences. The use of the Active Voice (both with human and non-human subjects) is very common in academic summaries, introductions, reviews, etc.

Hello Frank thank You for Your suggestion. I thought about constructing the sentence in a similar way, however, I was not completely positive that the sentence would seem natural in English. (and I still feel like using active voice sounds more natural).
