English term

sell-off period

English to French Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright
Bonjour,

Comment traduiriez-vous cette formulation dans ce contexte ?

"Sell-Off period: After the expiration of the Period of Use, XXX is not obliged to withdraw any published IMAGES (e.g. advertisement material already delivered to the trade or which have been published in the internet, apps and/or social media)."

Merci d'avance

@Germaine Merci :)
Germaine Nov 23, 2017:

Thanks Daryo The ST is not clear... Non English writers...
Daryo Nov 22, 2017:
this sounds a bit contradictory if the "right of use" is time limited, you wouldn't expect that these pictures can stay "published" indefinitely - probably makes more sense when you know the whole story

Cf. http://www.cnrtl.fr/definition/liquidation (B.)
