Doc. comp. is short for Documento de compensación. Lorena has already posted the page for this from the SAP library. Here's the first part:

Documento que se crea automáticamente para cada sociedad implicada en la compensación. Se crea un documento de compensación en las situaciones siguientes:
- Compensación cero
- Después de ejecutar el programa de compensación

La cabecera de documento se crea automáticamente; el sistema indica que hay un documento de compensación en lugar de la partida individual.
Integración
Si se lleva a cabo la compensación utilizando una operación para la que no se define ninguna clase de documento, por ejemplo, en la compensación de deudores, se utiliza una clase de documento referencia para la cabecera de documento. Well, in the English version of SAP, compensación is called clearing, and a documento de compensación is called a clearing document. Here's the English version for comparison:

"Clearing Document
Definition
Document that is generated automatically for each company code involved in clearing. A clearing document is generated in the following situations:
- Zero clearing
- After running the clearing program
Structure
The document header is generated automatically; the system displays an indicator that there is a clearing document in place of the line item.
Integration
If clearing is carried out using a transaction for which no document type is defined, for example, customer clearing, a default document type is used for the document header. This is the same document type that is used when transfer postings are required for clearing, for example, because of different business areas in the items."
