English term

lack of uptake

English to Romanian Law/Patents Law (general)
... believes that the Commission's decision to address the lack of uptake of paternity leave by introducing an individual entitlement to non-transferable paternity leave of at least ten working days, paid at no less than the level of the existing sick pay entitlement, is a step in the right direction, but considers this to be a first phase that should be further improved in the future, in terms of both duration and remuneration.
