Hej, to już ostatnie pytanie z serii pytań marketingowych... zastanawia mnie termin "decision arbitration" w poniższym fragmencie:

"YYY earned near-perfect marks in this evaluation's decision arbitration category for predictive and real-time analytics, AI and offer optimization."

"Evaluation" odnosi się tutaj do raportu, w którym "decision arbitration" stanowiła jedną z kategorii:
"YYY's evaluation criteria are oriented toward the needs of enterprise customers. We evaluated each vendor against two dimensions for its current offering: RTIM capabilities (customer recognition, contextual understanding, decision arbitration, offer orchestration, and measurement and optimization) and integration capabilities (customer data, content, channels, operations, native applications, and partner technologies)."
