(700,000 Series A Preferred Shares, of nominal value NIS 0.01 each, of which (i) 206,626 Preferred A Shares shall be issued and outstanding; all of such issued and outstanding Preferred A Shares being held by the Purchaser, (ii) 6,199 unissued Preferred A Shares will be reserved for issuance upon the exercise of a warrant granted.
