un GG

Don't you just love authors who don't explain their acronyms....

Talking about moles and the risk of melanoma:

si une tâche provoque un prurit, un saignement un GG ou une ulcération, il faut faire une biopsie.

I can't think of anything that fits.

Discussion

Wendy Cummings (asker) Aug 10, 2017:
lymph node enlargement Phil, in response to your comment on Drmanu's Q and further to his third addition, I think the author has been economical with her words (the phrase is in a powerpoint presentation), and she actually means "si une tache...s'associe avec une adenopathie". So the ganglion doesn't cause the lymph node, rather its enlargement.

Thank you.
neutral philgoddard : But why would "ganglion lymphatique" be abbreviated to "gg"? And I'm not a medic, but how can a spot "cause" a lymph node?

GG is the acronym for ganglion//leads to lymph node involvement
