Yep that makes a difference [the context in the discussion], thanks.... it seems to suggest that "Run" (or "Rinse") is not used like a verb (as I first imagined) but rather a noun, like "production run" and "rinse" can be considered as "rinse cycle".
So it appears to be a "high flow alarm offset" for use during either a [production] "run" or "rinse" [cycle].
Therefore I would suggest:
"compensación de alarma de flujo alto para/durante producción/ciclo productivo"

Compensación suele ser bias en inglés. También puede ser offset, y posiblemente sea así en este caso, pero este término es más general, así que mejor traducirlo literalmente para evitar riesgos.
