@ Asker without more context, you risk getting a nonsensical translation

with what you have given so far as information, "upis zabrane raspolaganja ..." could mean

-- the action of adding this information to the land registry

-- the fact that the information about this injunction is included in the entry concerning this property

you need to give the full sentence.
