I am not familiar with the term "afinsere" so I tried to use the limited context to make a guess.
Is this a surgery report? I need more context, but I am thinking it could be "Pronatoren fikseres." (the ncbi linked article actually studies the difference in functional outcome between proper and improper reattachment of the M. pronator)

After your correction it dawned on me. The term is a misspelling of : "afinsereres" --> "disinsert" or "detach"
It is indeed the detachment of the muscle at at the insertion point. They needed to detach it to reduce the fracture.
