I am translating a legal contract, entitled:
CONTRATTO DI CONCESSIONE DI VENDITA
which I take to be "Sales Licensing Agreement.
However now I have my doubts. At the end the main section there is a series of exhibits, one of which one has that same name followed by "con deposito." I ma not sure how my translation of the title should change with the addition of the words "con deposito."
Here's the context:

I'm not sure because this term only appears in the one context, the list of appendices. Is this a different contract that involves warehousing? Or does this refer to something else? Why is the name only different here in this list? I'm not sure.

: in my view this is the correct answer - it is highly unlikely that "deposito" meaning "filing" would be put in a title - the date refers to the contract date- and "deposito" as "warehouse" is perfectly in context - if "filing" it would be: "depositato il"

(Forgive me but I'm not going to erase my answer about a warehousing arrangement, because someone might find it useful under a different set of facts. Maybe the next time there will be a comma after "deposito".)
I went dug through 25 pages of this and didn't see any reference to warehousing or storage of products. The entire contract seems to be concerned with production promotions, scaled awards for hitting sales targets, educating sales teams, and whether and how marketing and sales of products of third parties should be handled. And how to withdraw from the contract, etc.
