Dutch term

verbindt zich op zijn roerende en onroerende goederen tot....

Dutch to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
seems to mean that someone will commit using all the forces in their power

https://www.google.pt/search?site=&source=hp&q=verbindt zich...

This appears in a few Belgian contracts, any help with an equivalent ENG expression appreciated

Discussion

Michael Beijer Jun 26, 2017:
think it means something like: … undertakes, committing its movable and immovable property, to...
… commit themselves against their assets, movable and immovable, to …
etc.

he undertakes, at hazard of his personal and real property, to do x

(More context needed.)
The idea is that the subject is pledging to do something (or forbear from something) and that he guarantees his performance (or forbearance) with all of his property as security (pledged property).

agree Tina Vonhof (X) : You just said it in your explanation: 'pledging his personal and real property'. I think that is better than 'at hazard of'.
